Linda Barran

Linda M. Barran is licensed to practice law in Virginia (2002) and the District of Columbia (1993). She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and is also admitted to a number of Federal District and Appellate Courts in the above jurisdictions, including the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Her primary areas of practice have been creditors’ rights, intellectual property, and government contracts, representing a number of businesses, banking institutions, pharma, and food and beverage companies.
